Earrings

When my daughter was in middle school and had her ears pierced, we went to a place called La Lobe that specializes in piercings, rather than a random place in the local mall.  She picked out some moderately priced starter earrings -- a gold knot.

Years later, these are still her go-to earrings.  A good investment indeed.

Great Grandfather

I had the opportunity to spend the day with my cousin cleaning my great grandfather's headstone.

New Wiper Blade

I drove from Dallas to Tulsa in the rain today.  But...I had a brand new wiper blade for my rear window.

Introduction

I have always been a silver linings kind of person.  Most of the time, I see the good with the bad and avoid getting depressed by negativity.  But sometimes even I need to be reminded to get my thoughts out of the cellar and remember all the blessings in my life.  There is no positive moment too small to be noted.
